What I discovered through sobriety 🍋

Freedom from self-abandonment and alcohol.

Hi Reader,

If you’re reading this, it’s because at some point our paths crossed through Sober & Social Ann Arbor or Facebook. At some point you were curious about living alcohol-free and/or stress resilience?

I am still an advocate for sobriety and alcohol-free living, but my work is evolving.

I’m shifting my coaching focus toward supporting women who feel stuck in indecision in their relationships and marriages — women who feel overwhelmed, and unsure whether to stay, leave, or how to move forward.

I will still be sharing about nervous system regulation, and stress resilience, but I also want to include boundaries, decision-making, cultivating financial safety, community and belonging, and learning to trust yourself again.

And yes… for many women, alcohol is still part of coping during the "messy middle" of relationships, so we'll touch on that too.

If you’re a woman who feels stuck, whether you use alcohol or not to cope with stress, loneliness, resentment, or uncertainty in your relationship, I think this journey together will set many of you F R E E from indecision.

And if this doesn't feel aligned, no hard feelings at all, please feel free to unsubscribe.

If this does resonate, I’d love to invite you to my upcoming workshop on boundaries in relationships. Click here to learn more: "How to say "No, thank you" to people you care about and can't kick out of your life (so easily)."

Please feel free to hit "reply" to share any questions or comments.

Grateful our paths crossed,
